Donbass Under Fire

Life in the Donetsk Republic under bombs

Eight years passed, and for many Donbass residents living under constant shelling has become routine. They can recognise the type of missile flying at them and the proximity of the battle going on. While some were evacuated, others decided to stay in their homes with their pets. They had to endure the attacks from the Ukrainian nationalist battalions and armed forces who would fire right at the residential neighbourhoods. They also saw their neighbours and relatives die.
