Miss Captain

She’s been caught in many a storm. She’s run aground more than once. It’s a long time since fog or storm-force winds could frighten her. However, she’s still a girl. A girl who threw herself into a tough-man’s job: to the displeasure of many seamen, boatswains and captains. They try to convince her to get married, to go home, or to come ashore and become a Harbourmaster. But, dreaming of a big white cruise liner, she continues her journey at the helm.
