Gulsana knows that her fourth child’s arrival will not be easy. He’s big and she may need a C-section. She sends husband Mirbek away so she can concentrate on giving their second son a natural birth. Young couple Liliya and Vladimir are having their first child and when the time comes, the young dad is on hand for support all through labour and the birth of his son.
