Unique vehicle fries IEDs to protect Yars mobile nukes
The Listva is a unique armoured demining vehicle designed to protect Russia’s Yars mobile nuclear missile systems. It leads convoys escorting these ‘nukes on wheels’ while scanning for mines and IEDs. The Listva’s ultrahigh frequency antenna detects bombs hidden on the roadside and remotely detonates the devices dozens of metres away.
