Bravest Knight is one of the first children’s animations to feature racial and sexual minorities

Hulu’s Brave Knight is children’s animation about courage, goodness and morality, but its uniqueness lies in its unusual characters. The main hero is an African-American daughter of same-sex parents of different races. The series is based on the book by Daniel Errico “Bravest Knight Who Ever Lived” and covers the LGBT theme for a young audience.
