Baby saved by Deputy

Deputy Jeremy Nix saw a mother struggling with her semi-conscious baby. He stopped to help and quickly realised the 3-month-old had stopped breathing. After trying CPR to no avail, the quick-thinking deputy scooped up the baby and drove it to the nearest emergency room with sirens blaring. Thanks to his heroic efforts, the baby recovered.
