Russian Athletes await Doping decision

Russian athletes are waiting to see if they can compete in the Olympic Games in Tokyo and the World Cup in 2022. Their fate is in the hands of the World Anti-Doping Agency. The organisation has recommended a four-year ban on Russians competing in international events after Russia admitted false doping data. The head of the Russian anti-doping agency Yury Ganus has admitted result tampering had taken place.
