An illegal immigrant is arrested in front of his kids

Florencio was deported from the US in 2011, but he illegally returned. He was stopped by ICE employees while driving his daughter to the hospital. Because he refused to cooperate, his car window was smashed, and he was apprehended. Florencio is now going to be deported back to Mexico for a second time
