Kuluna, the teen gangs terrorising the Congo

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, teenage boys form gangs known as "Kuluna". They rob and extort money from the local population. Not even the local cats are safe from the kuluna's predation. They claim to only fear one thing: prison. But can the police catch them?
