It’s Not Just A Man’s Army in Norway

In 2016, Norway became the first NATO country to introduce mandatory national service for men and women. Both sexes work side by side regardless of gender. The servicemen and women eat, sleep, and work together as a single unit. Research has shown that putting men and women together in an army unit creates more sibling-like than romantic bonds.
