Russian embargo on EU food products hits polish farmers

Sanctions on trade between Russia and the EU hit Polish farmers particularly hard, as 60 percent of their products were sold to Russia. Apple farmers found themselves in a hopeless situation, with many committing suicide. Although the European Union provided financial aid, not all of them have received it, so the problem didn't get better.
