Two countries, one message: the White House's rhetoric about Venezuela and Lybia

US administrations always have the same message for leaders and countries they don’t like. Just look at former President Barrack Obama’s rhetoric about Libya, and current Vice President Mike Pence talking about Venezuela; the similarities are clear. Their speeches are almost interchangeable, with condemnation of the leadership and a call on the people to rise up and overthrow their governments.
