Deputies are caught on camera pepper spraying a 15-year-old

Broward County Sheriff’s deputies waded into a crowd of young people that had gathered outside a fast food outlet and used pepper spray to break up a fight. In the process, they slammed a 15-year-old to the ground while hitting him in the back of the head. The heavy-handed tactics were caught on camera, provoking a backlash from the community.
