Police Kill Rapper in his Car

Police in Vallejo, California were called to a drive-thru restaurant after staff reported a man slumped in the driver’s seat of a car. The man was a 20-year-old rapper named Willie McCoy. Police say when they arrived, they noticed a handgun in his lap. According to their report, McCoy suddenly reached for the gun, prompting the six officers to open fire and kill the rapper where he sat. The incident is being investigated.
