Then, yeah, we're an enticing target," says war correspondent Denis Kulaga. International law prohibits the killing and targeting of war correspondents; however, this law has long been disregarded by Ukrainian soldiers. To protect themselves and the entourage of the journalists, they had to abandon the blue vests and helmets, replacing them with camouflaged ones.
