Deputy kicks inmate for feeding a bird

A Sheriff’s deputy has been fired for kicking an inmate who fed a bird a cookie. Before kicking the inmate, the deputy has also forced him to do 50 pushups, which he failed to complete. The inmate reported the deputy after his release. The deputy now faces assault charges. The head of the jail described it as“one of the stupidest” incidents he’d ever seen.
