NY Police beat up homeless man

Caught on camera, New York cops beating up a homeless man while attempting to arrest him. It took several officers to subdue the struggling victim. The supervising sergeant is seen kicking and punching the man in the head a dozen times. Two years after the incident, the sergeant was charged with abusing the victim’s civil rights and filing a false report on the event.
