In the early 20th Century, Russia’s October Revolution quickly inspired other Communist uprisings around the world, notably in China. Ruthless repression forced Chinese revolutionaries to hide their children in the USSR for safety while they fought for the cause at home. Under false Russian names the kids lived and studied at the legendary Ivanovo International Boarding School. Their childhood companions became their family and now two former pupils are taking a nostalgic tour back to the land of their youth, now modern Russia. RTD joined them on their journey.
