The modern icon of revolutionary struggle is uncovered in RTD’s Che Guevara documentaries

Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara rose to fame as Fidel Castro’s sidekick in the Cuban revolution. He helped Castro oust the corrupt regime running the island and install a Communist government in its place. Che wanted to spread the same revolutionary spirit throughout South and Central America. In the mid-’60s he looked to Bolivia as the next target. It was not to be; eventually his past caught up with him and he was killed in an ambush orchestrated by the CIA. However, his death turned him into a legend.
