Paranoid white woman calls the cops on a dog

The social intolerance of Americans knows no bounds. A white woman dog owner calls the police on the black owner of a dog that was frisky around her pooch. The dogs appear to be playing with each other in an open dog walking area, but the woman took offence. She called the cops on the black dog owner, in what could be seen as a racist act.
