Rising Circus Star Saves the Day – A Clown’s Life Ep. 18
The Deryabkin’s are finally in Tula, but Irina has fallen ill, putting the show’s finale featuring Stepan the bear in jeopardy. It’s up to rising star Anar Djabrailov to take up the slack. The young juggler plans to add an extra hat to his lively modern routine, but he’s not sure if he’s more nervous about dropping it or working with monkeys for the first time as part of his father’s routine.
Meanwhile, Vladimir’s first-grade teacher arrives at the circus with a special gift for her former pupil, of whom she is very proud. Towards the end of the show, it’s clear Irina is still too ill to go on, so Anar rises to the occasion – though Gosha the Monkey shows little respect for the newcomer.
