Take a journey into the deep with RTD’s underwater documentaries. You can join a team of marine biologists as they replant Thailand’s endangered coral reefs or dive into the past to check out sunken World War II ships at the bottom of the icy Barents Sea. Or, you can meet one of the world’s best freedivers before she mysteriously disappeared off the coast of Spain. RTD’s underwater documentaries also look at how art is being created underwater, from a photographer snapping pictures of beautiful women immersed in a tank, to a model posing in the icy waters of a stunning crystal cave to recreate the legend of a spirit called the Mistress of Orda.
