Hunting Boko Haram

Fed-up Nigerian Adamawa hunters take on Islamic terrorists

Meet Boko Haram hunters from Nigeria who joined the government efforts against Islamist militants who have killed, raped, kidnapped and burned their way across the country’s northeast. Led by a female commander, they patrol one of the country’s states and raid terrorists who have been squeezed from towns into the mountains and forests. The vigilantes’ exceptional hunting abilities and knowledge of the remote areas have made them a vital force in the counterinsurgency.
