Children homed with paedophiles for over 30 years

Local authorities in Berlin allowed foster children to be placed in the care of known paedophiles for decades.
A recent scandal exposing the “Kentler experiment” revealed that academic, Helmut Kentler was permitted by local government officials to trivialise paedophilia. The Berlin branch of the SPD party was involved, and it's alleged that the ultimate goal was decriminalisation in Germany.
