Russia’s Tor air defence missile system is a tracked vehicle that can move at 40 kph. An arctic version can negotiate the worst mud, ice, and hills. Tor’s powerful radar makes it possible to take down drones flying a mere 3 metres above the ground, as well as fighter jets and supersonic anti-radar missiles. Multiple units can work together to face a barrage of threats.
