United States law allows the Inland Revenue Service to seize assets of people suspected of a crime. Designed to catch drug dealers, the IRS uses the law against small business owners who use a lot of cash. Randy Sowers, a dairy farmer from Maryland tells RTD how he was shaken down by the IRS and how he fought back.
